Farage claims promising spending £350million a week on the NHS was a mistake.

The campaign supporting the British exit from Europe, Brexit, promised that the 350 million euros a week sent to Europe, would be invested in the NHS if Britain left the EU.
The promise was printed onto large red buses and driven around the country.

On the morning on the 24th June, very shortly after the revelation that a Brexit had been voted for, Nigel Farage stated that this promise had been a mistake.
He claimed the 350 million euros a week spent on the EU could not be confirmed to be spent on the NHS.
His claim that this money will not necessarily be spent on the NHS has been echoed by multiple other MPs.
